Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers superb rooms that are clean despite a smoking smell. The service, while caring and friendly, might need improvement in dealing with foreign customers, but overall enjoyable. The location is ideal, although slightly challenging to find from the airport. The dining experience requires attention, especially with the cold dishes, but it has great local cakes. Facilities and amenities meet expectations.
The hotel is in a convenient location with good restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable, though a bit noisy. The service is courteous and helpful, but some personal questions were intrusive. The dining experience is satisfactory, but more options catering to non-Indian guests would be appreciated.
The hotel offers modern and clean rooms that are very comfortable and nicely furnished, but some technical issues may arise, and occasionally, there can be a lingering smell of tobacco that gives the impression of a smoker's room. The service is good overall, with friendly and helpful staff members, though there have been instances of entering rooms for cleaning without permission. The location is centrally situated, making it convenient for city exploring, but Uber and Ola drivers might find it challenging to locate. The dining experience has room for improvement, especially in variety for non-South Indian travelers. Despite minor drawbacks, the hotel provides value for money and a pleasant stay.
The hotel is situated in an excellent location near tourist spots as well as the commercial area, making it ideal for both families and business travelers. The rooms, although a bit small, are clean and don't offer a city view, which could be a downside especially when additional beds are needed. The service may seem stressed at times but is attentive, showing a good understanding of customer satisfaction. The dining experience lacks variety and could be more engaging beyond South Indian food options. Overall, the location is a great selling point, while certain aspects like room size and dining could use some improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable twin beds in the room, along with the sliding window doors that added a nice touch. However, the dining options were not up to par, even though we paid for an extra person's breakfast. Overall, for a short stay, it was decent.
